Sales Operations Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator Level II will act as Client representative and is responsible for accomplishing the project objectives using consistent and proven project management methodologies. Job Description:

This position understands and applies company’s project methodologies to each transactional project assigned. This position performs all necessary functions to complete the project Scope of Work. Position may require occasional guidance. This position utilizes CRM effectively to manage and track assigned projects including but not limited to the use of task management to drive work. Project Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Project Coordinator will review, understand, and implement scope of work for all transactional projects.
• Project Coordinator will hold carriers and/or third-party vendors accountable to ensure all parties are on track to meet deadlines, schedules and to identify and resolve issues.
• Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivery of milestone communications and regularly scheduled status reports as requested by client and/or Strategist.
• At conclusion of project, Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivery of project transition to Client Account Manager and/or Business Development Account Manager.
• Project Coordinator must maintain flexibility and adjust methodology to needs of Client and size of project.

Qualifications & Proficiencies:

• Must have three years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Ability to lead teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work in the U.S.

Compensation

• Base compensation for this role is between $55,000 and $60,000 annually. * Please note that this posted range reflects the minimum and maximum salary range budgeted for this position. Individual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market considerations.
