Qualifications and Detail about the Position

Summary

The AI Enablement Strategist is responsible for bridging the gap between business and technical teams to ensure AI initiatives align with data\-driven business objectives. This role involves understanding both immediate challenges and long\-term outcomes, optimizing processes, and ensuring AI integration aligns with strategic goals. The AI Enablement Strategist focuses on leveraging AI effectively and responsibly, driving growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
  • Serve as an internal AI consultant to business units across Brock
  • Translate business challenges into AI\-enabled solutions
  • Act as an enablement partner to departments, helping translate business needs into actionable AI adoption.
  • Identify opportunities where AI tools can improve productivity, insights, decision‑making, or workflow efficiency
  • Develop AI enablement frameworks and best practices that support responsible and effective AI usage
  • Partner with department leaders and subject matter experts to understand workflows, pain points, and process inefficiencies
  • Ensure AI initiatives align with firm\-wide risk management, data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a trusted advisor and change agent for AI‑driven transformation efforts
  • Communicate complex AI concepts in clear, practical, and non‑technical terms
  • Collaborate with IT, data, and other stakeholders to understand implementation pathways
  • Support development and implementation of AI governance standards, policies and controls
  • Stay current on emerging AI trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices
  • Define success metrics for AI enablement and adoption (value, efficiency, risk reduction)

Working Conditions

  • Working conditions include outdoor and indoor fields, yards and shop locations.
  • Working indoors in an office environment
  • Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary.
  • Frequent travel as required to meet the needs of Brock operations

Education \& Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, data science or related
  • 5\+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, change enablement, or digital innovation
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, automation) at a practical, business application level
  • Experience enabling or governing AI initiatives in a regulated environment
