HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Manager to lead and coordinate cross\-functional initiatives across internal teams and strategic partners within the BSN ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring alignment, driving execution, and delivering results across a broad set of business priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced environment, excels at stakeholder management, and brings a strong ability to connect strategy with execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead and manage complex cross\-functional projects involving internal (operations, marketing, events, and sales) departments and external BSN stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal logistics for key/ strategic events which includes staffing plans, print production, transportation.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Events, Finance), BSN affiliates and external partners/vendors
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business objectives
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and remove obstacles to maintain project momentum
  • Develop and implement processes that improve collaboration, communication, and efficiency
  • Facilitate regular status updates, executive reporting, and key stakeholder communications
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Support leadership with planning, forecasting, and resource allocation decisions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10\+ years of experience in project management, operations, events or a related field
  • Proven experience managing cross\-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or clients
