Cadre is a fast\-growing financial technology company focused on modernizing access to real estate and alternative investments through innovative digital infrastructure and data\-driven strategies. As part of our U.S. expansion initiative, we are establishing a new subsidiary focused on scalable operational growth, institutional partnerships, and revenue optimization.
We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Vice President of Revenue Operations to help build and lead the operational engine behind our next stage of growth.
Role Description
This is a full\-time leadership role for a VP of Revenue Operations. The position will oversee revenue strategy execution, operational scalability, sales performance optimization, forecasting, and cross\-functional alignment across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in financial services, fintech, real estate investment platforms, SaaS, or digital asset ecosystems, with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and revenue acceleration in high\-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the company’s Revenue Operations function across sales, partnerships, and client success
Build operational frameworks, KPIs, forecasting models, and reporting systems to support executive decision\-making
Optimize revenue processes, pipeline management, CRM infrastructure, and go\-to\-market operations
Partner closely with executive leadership to drive growth initiatives and market expansion strategies
Improve operational efficiency across customer acquisition, retention, and institutional relationship management
Develop scalable systems supporting long\-term business growth and multi\-market expansion
Oversee sales analytics, revenue forecasting, budgeting support, and performance tracking
Collaborate with finance, compliance, and technology teams to ensure operational alignment and regulatory readiness
Mentor and lead high\-performing operational and revenue\-focused teams
Qualifications
15\+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or related leadership roles
Strong background in fintech, financial services, alternative investments, proptech, SaaS, or digital assets
Proven experience leading operational transformation and revenue growth initiatives
Deep understanding of CRM systems, forecasting methodologies, analytics, and enterprise reporting
Experience supporting executive leadership and scaling high\-growth organizations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
Experience working with institutional investors, capital markets, or real estate investment platforms is highly preferred
Preferred Experience
Revenue operations leadership within a fintech or investment platform
Exposure to tokenization, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, or alternative investment ecosystems
Experience supporting U.S. market expansion or subsidiary operations
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, or similar enterprise systems
