Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales \& Marketing to lead our sales and marketing teams toward achieving ambitious growth objectives. This pivotal role combines oversight of outside sales initiatives, management of business development efforts, and the development of innovative marketing strategies. You will drive revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, technology sales, and account management while fostering a high\-performance culture rooted in leadership, collaboration, and customer\-centricity. Your energetic approach will inspire teams to excel and deliver exceptional value to clients across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies focused on outside sales, business development, and account management to expand market share.
- Lead and manage cross\-functional teams in sales, marketing, and technical sales to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales performance data.
- Drive innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through negotiation, consultation, and personalized customer service to maximize retention and growth opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and marketing approaches continuously.
- Foster a culture of leadership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales operations team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, technology or technical sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with experience leading diverse teams across sales and marketing functions.
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and analyzing sales metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a strategic mindset for business development.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for decision\-making purposes.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a passion for motivating teams and fostering a customer\-focused environment.

BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION!
