We are seeking a strategic and hands\-on Director of Marketing Operations \& Reporting to lead our marketing transformation initiatives for a wholesale insurance company on a temp\-to\-perm basis. In this role, you will be the architect of our marketing engine\-optimizing workflows, aligning priorities with business goals, and delivering the actionable insights that drive our success.
You will oversee marketing operations, ensure seamless cross\-functional coordination, and manage the analytics frameworks that provide visibility into our global effectiveness.
Responsibilities
How You Will Contribute
- Marketing Operations: Establish scalable, repeatable workflows to increase productivity and meet the evolving needs of our business partners.
- Transformation \& Priorities: Manage progress across key business goals, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and roadblocks are resolved proactively.
- Analytics \& Reporting: Oversee the full analytics suite. You will develop the dashboards and KPI frameworks that translate data into business impact.
- Cross\-Functional Leadership: Act as the glue between marketing leaders and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Performance Tracking: Manage and report on marketing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure every initiative is moving the needle.
- Hands\-on Leadership: Lead by example. You are a leader who isn't afraid to dive into the details and work alongside your team to hit targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading marketing operations.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., Finance, Insurance, Healthcare) is required.
- Process Improvement: A proven track record of achieving measurable process enhancements and reporting on marketing outcomes.
- Technical Stack: Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and data tools is essential. Proficiency in the following is key:
- Project Management: Wrike, Smartsheet, or SharePoint.
- Analytics \& CRM: Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Innovation: Experience with AI communications platforms.
- Detail Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data sets and multi\-layered projects.
