SALES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

About This Role

Location: Parsippany\-Troy Hills, New Jersey

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon\-Fri

Duration: 6 Months (Potential to extend/convert)

Compensation Range: $30\.00 \- $34\.00/hr

In this role, you will bridge the gap between regional teams and senior sales leadership, turning complex data into actionable program strategies. Responsibilities

• Manage cross\-functional sales programs and marketing campaigns to ensure high\-quality delivery on multi\-faceted initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior sales leadership and hospitality stakeholders to create clear, persuasive program materials.
• Analyze performance data and key metrics to build insightful reports that drive strategic, data\-backed decision\-making.
• Optimize internal sales processes and project workflows to resolve operational bottlenecks proactively.

Qualifications

• 3\+ years of experience in sales operations, loyalty marketing, or hospitality program management.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Jira, and enterprise data reporting tools.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns or loyalty initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related professional field.
