As a growing company, we need someone who can wear multiple hats, communicate professionally with clients and referral partners, create and execute marketing initiatives, and help build the systems and processes that support our continued growth. You will do a mix of both traditional and digital marketing methods.
Pay $17\.50 per hour / 40 hours per week / plus commission for selling jobs

Position Overview
Cornerstone Construction \& Maintenance is a full\-service construction and maintenance company operating under the Champion Service Group umbrella alongside Champion Property Inspection.
The Marketing \& Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting company growth, strengthening relationships with referral partners, and improving internal operations.
This hybrid position combines marketing, business development, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. You'll help ensure our clients receive an exceptional experience while helping expand our presence throughout the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities \& Expectations
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional client service
- Manage social media, website updates, and marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, property managers, and other referral partners
- Represent Cornerstone at networking events, presentations, and community functions
- This will require some public speaking skills
- Assist with SOP development, process improvement, and other growth initiatives
- Communicate professionally and confidently in all interactions
- Take ownership of projects and follow through without constant supervision
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Contribute positively to a team\-first culture and support coworkers when needed
- Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current insurance
