We are searching for an Associate Director of Sales Enablement to join our team!

What You Will Bring to Circuit Clinical

As our Associate Director of Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for supporting key business activities for our life science business development team and client delivery team. You will report to the Senior VP of Commercial and work in collaboration with the Commercial, Finance, and Operations, IT and Legal teams.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage and own the internal Business Development workflows including daily opportunity triage process
  • Support sales teams by providing customer specific content to go to market, including standard RFI/RFPs responses
  • Development of proposal documents, budget development and specific customer requests.
  • Salesforce oversight for data hygiene with BD team and ownership of client portals (ie: SIP)
  • Potential to support with new clients and opportunities
  • Support with feasibilities and process
  • Increase sales by empowering our sales force, including our channel partners, with sales playbooks, pitches, and training
  • Drive high quality content creation both for internal and external consumption
  • Strive to drive continuous improvement to streamline the processes to support the above
  • Additional duties as assigned

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in life sciences Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Understanding of clinical research at a high level, ideally site networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with technology and IT, including Salesforce
  • Comfortable interfacing with clients, as needed
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Entrepreneur\-like attitude
  • Flexible in a high paced, dynamic environment

The other fine print

Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states: NY, NJ, PA, KY, MO, WI.

Travel: May require travel a couple days per quarter depending on projects to meet with the Team

Exemption status: Full time, exempt

Pay: $90,000\.00 \- $110,000\.00 per year
