About This Role

Position Summary ====================

The Revenue Operations Analyst supports the end\-to\-end revenue process by ensuring accurate order processing, billing coordination, revenue tracking, and customer account support across internal systems. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Success teams to maintain data integrity, support timely invoicing and collections activities, and help drive operational efficiency within the revenue cycle.

Primary Responsibilities ============================

  • Coordinate and process customer orders, contract documentation, and account setup activities to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing readiness.
  • Review and validate sales orders, pricing, contract terms, and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with company policies.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve order discrepancies, billing issues, and customer account inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Support invoicing activities by monitoring billing schedules, tracking revenue\-related transactions, and ensuring accurate system updates.
  • Maintain and update customer and revenue\-related data within Salesforce, NetSuite, or other internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with month\-end and quarter\-end revenue processes, including reconciliations and audit support activities.
  • Ensure contract products, pricing, and billing details align with approved pricing tools and contract terms and verify opportunities/orders are properly closed out within internal systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience within the revenue cycle

Skills, Education and Experience ====================================

  • Required*:
  • 3 \+ years prior experience in a Revenue/Finance Operations role
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite or other internal systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Excellent collaborative and influencing skills
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Highly preferred*:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
