Responsibilities including but not limited to

In\-office position – North American Cogent Office

Partner with Enablement leadership to design and execute programs that improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of MAC (Moves, Adds, Changes) order processing.

Serve as a subject matter expert on MAC workflows, providing guidance to Sales and Sales Management through structured support channels (hotline, email, live sessions).

Develop and deliver scalable training, tools, and resources that drive consistent execution of MAC processes across the sales organization.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce order fallout, rework, and cycle times.

Act as a liaison with all levels of Sales, Operations management, and other internal teams to streamline MAC\-related workflows and communication.

Support onboarding by integrating MAC process training into new hire programs.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to MAC order efficiency and adoption of enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5–8\+ years of experience in telecom, sales operations, or sales enablement.

Working knowledge of IP, Transport, Colocation, and VPN services.

Experience with internal systems such as COMPASS or similar CRM.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable guidance.

Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, cross\-functional environment.

Compensation

$80,000 – $90,000 annual base salary.

Eligible for monthly commission and performance\-based bonus.

Preferred Schedule to Support Global Coverage

7:00 AM ET to 4:00 PM ET.
