Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Operations Analyst and become a vital driver of our sales excellence! In this energized role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and sales management systems to optimize sales processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and empower strategic decision\-making. Your analytical skills and proficiency with visualization tools will help translate complex data into actionable insights, fueling our growth and success. Duties

• Assist with the sales compensation function, including plan distribution, setting quotas, plan administration, reporting in conjunction with finance
• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Analyze the effectiveness of pipeline management and conversion.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key revenue metrics.
• Develop and maintain data models that integrate sales, CRM, and financial data from multiple sources.
• Drive CRM adoption and help uphold policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and CRM cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain relationships with various departments throughout the company.
• Analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and Business Intelligence skills with expertise in CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including building and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Solid data modeling skills, with the ability to structure and relate data from multiple sources.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales operations or in a financial role.
• Fluency with Excel.
• A self\-starter who is continually learning and developing.
