Business Operations Analyst
Location: Houston, TX

Position Overview
The Business Operations Analyst to support the management of point\-of\-sale (POS) assets, including coolers and refrigeration equipment, across our retail network.
This role plays a key part in coordinating asset deployment, logistics, and maintenance, while partnering closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Logistics teams to support brand visibility and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process equipment requests from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Coordinate with logistics teams and third\-party providers to schedule timely delivery and installation
- Conduct field visits to verify proper placement, branding, and condition of equipment
- Maintain accurate tracking and inventory of all POS assets
- Serve as the main point of contact for maintenance vendors and service requests
- Monitor billing and ensure alignment with internal financial processes
- Collaborate cross\-functionally to resolve operational issues and improve workflows
- Oversee asset recovery, including equipment removal, evaluation, and redeployment or disposal
- Track and report key performance indicators such as delivery timelines and asset utilization
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- 2\+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or trade marketing support
- Experience in CPG or Food \& Beverage industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM or field management tools (e.g., Repsly, Salesforce) is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem\-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for field visits
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 20 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working both in an office and field environment
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
