Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Manager is an experienced, process\-driven position to serve as the operational backbone to our Marketing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing technology touchpoints, data acquisition, event coordination, brand management/marketing asset creation and streamlining project management and campaign workflows. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between data, tech, and creative execution\-ensuring our go\-to marketing department and related teams operate with maximum efficiency, transparency and ROI.

Essential Functions Statement

· Design and standardize efficient end\-to\-end workflows for campaign execution, lead routing and reporting

· Introduce (A.I.) automation and emerging tools to scale repetitive processes and optimize project management

· Contribute to the formation of dashboards that track marketing funnel performance, volume and ROI

· Collaborate on

o Design and standardize efficient end\-to\-end workflows for campaign execution, lead routing, and reporting

o Market development and sales staff support in the states Coryell serves

o Positioning Coryell as the leader in risk management and loss prevention

o Maximizing channels and touchpoints around current Coryell jobsites and ahead of weather\-related events to prospect for new business opportunities

o Maximizing channels and touchpoints to grow Coryell’s brand presence across K\-12, Healthcare, Higher Education and Commercial Industrial lines of business

o Share data\-driven insights with VP of Marketing to guide strategic planning

Supervisory Responsibility

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a fast\-paced standard office and event site setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, fax machines, phones, and copiers within the office. This role requires occasional travel to Coryell’s multi\-state footprint.

Physical Demands

This is a moderately physical role where physical abilities may be required at times.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

· This is a Full\-Time exempt position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required based on project needs.

Education and Experience Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

o Experience in B2B marketing or construction/education industries in a plus

· 5\+ years in marketing operations

· Experience in Marketing project management

o A.I. integration a plus

· Knowledge and demonstrated us of marketing automation platforms, CRM integration and project management tools

· Analytical with deep experience tracking lead generation/marketing funnels, attribution models and RO metrics

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Team player with attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to accomplish all duties with little to no assistance.
