About This Role

Covered is looking for a RevOps Systems Architect who combines strong technical expertise with deep CRM \& GTM Systems knowledge. In this role, you will manage and optimize our B2C and B2B HubSpot instances, ensuring the platform supports Covered’s strategic goals. You will collaborate cross\-functionally with teams across the organization to customize HubSpot and other revenue systems, enhance functionality, and maintain data integrity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced environment and enjoys building scalable solutions that improve workflows, reporting, and overall platform performance.

This role involves operational knowledge, technical development, and also provides support to end users and stakeholders. Our RevOps Systems Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing the Agency’s performance and ensuring the effective utilization of Covered’s revenue systems across the organization.

About You And Your Experience

  • 5\+ years of HubSpot Admin experience.
  • 3\+ years of Hubspot Development experience.
  • Proficiency in all hubs of HubSpot including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS.
  • Understanding of complex workflows and downstream cause and effect relationships.
  • Experience implementing Hubspot AI Agents across sales, marketing, and service teams.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and API usage.
  • Technical experience in working with developers and engineers with some experience in hands\-on CMS development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in an agency, startup or tech\-focused company.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with high attention to detail.

Role Accountabilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Cross\-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Covered’s Insurance Agency, Product and Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other teams
  • Provide training and support to internal HubSpot end\-users
  • HubSpot Development and Management:
  • Create and manage data hygiene practices to regularly audit and clean all HubSpot instances, including but not limited to lifecycles, pipeline hygiene, lead scoring, workflows, contact counts, folder usage, naming conventions, record associations, etc.
  • Oversee data migration and integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other systems, such as Salesforce, or internal data storage locations.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of HubSpot.
  • Work with key stakeholders to operate, design, and iteratively improve our HubSpot capabilities, as well as help prioritize and build consensus around HubSpot processes and outcomes.
  • Platform Management and Optimization: Ensure our HubSpot platforms are fully leveraged to meet business needs.
  • Data Governance and Segmentation: Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data integrity and compliance. Understand our data architecture and provide recommendations on segmentation.
  • Scalability: Implement HubSpot processes and design that can scale as the business grows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to HubSpot users within the organization. Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for users.
  • Strategy and Innovation: Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that leverage HubSpot capabilities. Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
