Position Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst (Salesforce \& Systems) is responsible for supporting and optimizing Informativ's revenue operations processes, reporting infrastructure, and business systems. This role partners with revenue\-generating teams to improve data visibility, reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and decision\-making across the organization. Through analytics, process improvement, and system optimization, the Revenue Operations Analyst helps drive scalable growth and operational excellence. The Revenue Operations Analyst will work closely with Sales, Service, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams to provide system support, business insights, process improvements, and reporting that drive informed business decisions and sustainable growth. Position Responsibilities \& Essential Functions:

  • Support Revenue Operations initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and revenue visibility across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business metrics to support leadership decision\-making.
  • Analyze business performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Customer Success, Tech/Data, and Operations teams to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate customer, sales, and operational data within company systems.
  • Assist with forecasting, pipeline analysis, territory planning, and performance reporting initiatives.
  • Support ongoing process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a resource for reporting requests, data analysis, and operational questions from internal stakeholders.
  • Support user adoption and utilization of Salesforce and other revenue\-related systems.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of new processes, system enhancements, and operational initiatives.
  • Document business processes and maintain operational procedures to support consistency and scalability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights that help drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve visibility into business performance and operational health.
  • Perform and complete any additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3\+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Administration, or a related field.
  • Hands\-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross\-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications \& Job Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (data model, objects, workflows, and reporting)
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience working in SaaS, technology, automotive, or other high\-growth environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting CRM integrations, automation tools, and revenue technologies is a plus.
