Job Summary: Cubiscan is seeking a proactive and systems\-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to optimize the full revenue lifecycle across sales, marketing, and customer success. This cross\-functional role will own Cubiscan's revenue tech stack, building integrations, connecting systems, and establishing process to inform data\-driven decision making across the commercial organization. Working closely with department leaders, the Revenue Operations Specialist will serve as a critical link between data, process, and people.
This role requires database engineering experience, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel/PowerPoint), and an understanding of ERPs (i.e. Syteline, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), CRMs (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce) or similar platforms to bridge sales and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations*
- Build and distribute dashboards that give visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, and deal velocity
- Serve as the liaison between the commercial team and operations regarding SyteLine ERP needs as well as order entry/review to ERP/CRM
- Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM: manage pipeline stages, automation, custom reports, and user adoption
- Sales Enablement*
- Support revenue teams by providing the processes, resources, and systems training they need to close deals faster
- Design and maintain sales onboarding and training programs
- Equip sales reps with performance insights and actionable tools
- Promote adoption of HubSpot features and best practices across the team
- Marketing Operations*
- Track campaign performance and attribution to pipeline and revenue
- Support tech stack integrations (HubSpot, SyteLine, Pandadoc, Fathom, and additional GTM tools)
- Develop processes that ensure clean data and smooth handoffs from marketing to sales
- Customer Support / Service Operations*
- Build operational workflows between sales, implementation, and support
- Develop and manage shared reporting around onboarding, tickets, and customer feedback (e.g., CSAT, NPS)
- Identify expansion opportunities and churn risks using integrated data from HubSpot and SyteLine
- Support initiatives that improve customer experience and lifetime value
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
- Work experience in a customer\-facing role
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL and Python
- Strong communicator who proactively provides insight into ongoing projects
- Strategic thinker and detail\-oriented executor
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage cross\-functional projects with minimal oversight
Preferred Experience
- 1\-2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops
- Proficiency and admin experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Background in B2B, industrial equipment, or supply chain/logistics tech
- Strong understanding of revenue funnel metrics, GTM alignment, and system integrations
- Experience improving CRM/ERP adoption and building scalable processes
