Role Description

The Sales Enablement Consultant is a 1099, remote position responsible for supporting client sales teams with the tools, processes, and strategies that improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance. This role combines structured, behavior‑focused sales training with practical enablement support that strengthens how teams sell, communicate, and manage their pipelines.

The consultant will assess current sales practices, analyze sales workflows, and identify gaps in prospecting, qualification, follow‑up, and closing behaviors. They will develop targeted training modules, refine sales playbooks, and create practical tools, scripts, and resources that support daily sales execution. The role requires designing and delivering virtual training sessions, facilitating guided practice, and reinforcing disciplined sales behaviors through real‑world application.

In addition, the consultant will evaluate sales performance data, review call recordings to identify training needs, and make recommendations to sales leadership for targeted coaching and process improvements. They will work closely with sales and customer service teams to identify operational and communication gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement new approaches to customer engagement. This includes ensuring customer feedback is incorporated into sales strategies and consultative solutions.

The ideal consultant can independently own projects from start to finish, planning, executing, and delivering complete sales enablement engagements with minimal oversight. They must be able to build stronger sales habits, refine communication, and support measurable improvements in pipeline activity, consistency, confidence, and conversion across diverse client organizations.

Responsibilities

· Conduct sales discovery assessments, meet with clients to evaluate current sales processes, identify breakdowns, and determine training priorities.

· Analyze sales workflows, review prospecting, qualification, follow‑up, and closing behaviors to identify gaps and opportunities.

· Develop structured sales enablement curriculum, build modules covering prospecting, pipeline management, sales conversations, objection handling, and closing techniques.

· Lead virtual sales training sessions, deliver instruction, facilitate guided practice, reinforce disciplined selling behaviors, and support real‑world application.

· Create sales enablement tools, develop scripts, templates, checklists, and job aids that strengthen daily sales execution.

· Evaluate training effectiveness, measure behavioral changes, pipeline activity, and performance outcomes to refine future training.

· Review call recordings to identify training needs and make recommendations to sales leadership for targeted coaching and process improvements.

· Manage projects from start to finish; plan, execute, and deliver complete sales enablement engagements with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

· Strong Sales Consulting skills, including experience analyzing sales processes and designing effective enablement strategies.

· Experience creating sales training materials, playbooks, and enablement content.

· Demonstrated ability to improve Customer Satisfaction through thoughtful customer engagement and follow\-up.

· Consulting skills, including stakeholder management, needs assessment, and solution\-oriented thinking.

· Strong analytical skills and comfort using sales metrics and CRM tools to guide recommendations.

· Skilled in delivering clear, actionable performance feedback and coaching.

· Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present concepts clearly to sales teams and leadership.

· Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects independently

· Self\-starter, able to take initiative, work with minimal oversight, and own projects from start to finish

· Prior experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales consulting is highly beneficial.

· Professional certifications, preferred but not required: sales enablement certification, sales coaching certification, or CRM platform expertise

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications from an accredited college or university required

Experience

Minimum 3 years in consulting or professional corporate sales, leadership, training or operations experience

Compensation Transparency

30% revenue share per client engagement (1099 contractor). Client leads and proprietary training are provided entirely by Cul \& Coop. All converted leads and engagements remain the exclusive property of Cul \& Coop; consultants do not retain client ownership. Typical earnings range from $30–$60 per hour equivalent depending on project size, with higher earnings possible on larger engagements. Compensation is strictly percentage‑based and not tied to tracked hours.

Pay: $30\.00 \- $60\.00 per hour
