Product and Technology is a 1,500\+ person organisation in the midst of a real, practical AI transformation. This role is not about observing that change from the sidelines. We are looking for someone who will be directly embedded in the work — designing how AI adoption is measured, activating and running the champion network, distinguishing genuine behaviour change from performative participation, and building the systems that make new ways of working stick. This is a player‑coach role with a clear centre of gravity on execution. In your first year, approximately 70% of your time will be spent as an individual contributor. You will personally own the design and measurement of our AI adoption programme, while also managing a small team of two to three people, including an India‑based AI Community Manager. You will partner closely with an L\&D function based in Makati, with effective asynchronous collaboration across time zones being a core requirement of the role — not an exception. You will work in close partnership with the AI Platform team, vertical AI Leads, and L\&D to deliver against the P\&T AI fluency agenda. If you have done this work inside a SaaS or technology organisation — building adoption infrastructure yourself, measuring whether it worked, and iterating based on real signals — this role is designed for that profile.
What you will own
AI adoption programme design and measurement (primary IC focus)
- Define AI use cases by role across Product Management, Engineering, UX, Cloud, and PMO, and build a measurement model that tracks real behaviour change, not attendance or awareness.
- Design, operate, and evolve the champion network — including activation models and feedback loops that surface friction early.
- Distinguish adoption that reflects genuine workflow change from curiosity‑driven participation, and adjust programmes accordingly.
- Produce monthly, decision‑ready adoption reporting for CPTO leadership, focused on outcomes rather than activity.
Capability pathways and enablement infrastructure* Partner with product and engineering leaders to identify capability gaps linked to AI adoption and broader architecture evolution.
- Curate and maintain a living, role‑calibrated resource library that stays current as tools and practices change.
- Collaborate with L\&D teams in Makati and Singapore to design enablement interventions driven by observed adoption gaps, not training calendars.
P\&T onboarding experience* Own the end‑to‑end 30/60/90‑day onboarding experience for new P\&T hires, including capability benchmarks, AI tool orientation, and leadership context.
- Partner with Makati‑based L\&D to ensure onboarding content is consistent, current, and scalable across regions.
- Measure time‑to‑meaningful contribution and continuously refine the onboarding experience using that data.
Recognition as a strategic reinforcement mechanism* Design and run quarterly recognition programmes aligned to AI adoption and execution behaviours rather than tenure or effort.
- Own administration of the Achievers platform, track participation trends, and link recognition moments to all‑hands storytelling.
All‑hands content and employee experience* Shape the narrative, content structure, and regional experience for P\&T all‑hands events, including Makati and India Connect sessions.
- Ensure all‑hands moments reinforce strategy and direction rather than simply recapping status.
Team leadership* Manage two to three direct reports, including the India‑based AI Community Manager, with a strong emphasis on async effectiveness across IST and US time zones.
- Partner closely with L\&D counterparts in Makati (PHT), maintaining momentum outside of live overlap windows through disciplined asynchronous communication.
- Set clear expectations, provide direct feedback, and develop team capability without creating dependency on your personal execution.
Qualifications
Required* Hands‑on experience building and running an AI adoption programme inside a technology organisation. You have personally designed the measurement model, activated champion networks, and can point to tangible changes in how people work.
- Strong measurement instinct: you define leading and lagging indicators before launch and use data to iterate programmes — not to prematurely declare success.
- A clear ability to distinguish genuine behaviour change from participation without follow‑through, and to design differently for each.
- 3–7 years’ experience in organisational enablement, learning and development, or a closely related function within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience building or sustaining internal communities of practice or champion networks in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Demonstrated success working across globally distributed teams, including Asia‑Pacific time zones, where asynchronous collaboration is the primary operating mode.
- Credibility with technical audiences — you can engage engineers and product managers on AI adoption without oversimplifying or losing them.
- Comfort managing a small team while operating at a high individual contributor level. You do not require scale to create impact.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Power Automate) as an operational delivery environment, not just as end‑user tools.
Nice to have* Formal change management experience.
- Experience with learning management or technical enablement platforms.
- Familiarity with Achievers or similar recognition platforms.
- Prior experience working closely with teams based in the Philippines and/or India.
