Marketing Operations Coordinator

About This Role

We are looking for an organized and detail\-oriented team member to support day\-to\-day marketing operations, administrative tasks, and ongoing business projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in operations, marketing, and business support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating marketing projects, operational initiatives, and daily business activities.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow\-ups, document organization, and special projects.
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, project trackers, and internal documentation.
• Communicate with vendors, dealers, freelancers, and other external partners to support ongoing projects.
• Assist with social media content creation, photography, video content, post scheduling, and content organization across various platforms.
• Support website updates, content management, SEO\-related projects, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Help coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up on project deadlines.
• Utilize Google Workspace, Excel, AI tools, and other business software to support daily operations.
• Assist with multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in marketing, operations, project coordination, or business administration.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast\-paced environment.
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Experience with SEO, website management, Shopify, WordPress, or digital marketing is a plus but not required.
• Previous internship, administrative, marketing, customer service, or coordinator experience is helpful but not required.

Pay: From $150\.00 per day

Work Location: In person
