Shed Sales + Sales Operations

About This Role

Pay: $18/hr base plus commission on every shed you sell. Selling at our plan's pace, the full\-time earning target is $50,000 or more a year \- your actual pay depends on what you sell. We're hiring full\-time and part\-time \- same W\-2 base and commission.

This is our Lore City headquarters seat. You'll sell sheds and run the Lore City lot, and you'll also keep the whole team's lead flow moving. Selling comes first in your day \- the lead\-routing and social\-media work are a core part of the seat.

A typical day

\- Sell on the lot \- walk customers through sizes, styles, and options and build their quote

\- Route every incoming lead to the right salesperson and log it in our CRM

\- Run our lots' social media to bring buyers in

\- Build partnerships in the communities we serve \- local connections grow the business

\- Keep the lot clean and show\-ready

You'll do well here if you're a personable seller who is also organized and comfortable on the phone, and who keeps things moving without dropping a thread. Weekend availability is required \- Saturdays are our busiest sales days. We're glad to talk through a reasonable schedule accommodation if you need one. No shed experience needed \- we train you. Social\-media experience is a plus. No degree required.
