About This Role
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities. Communicate and work with the marketing team to finalize sales projects, evaluate and oversee completion of all marketing request forms and provide detailed information and support to ensure the combined success of sales and marketing.
In this role you will
- Onboard new customers
- Maintain accuracy of system information \- including customer information and pricing
- Manage custom order process
- Assist with daily sales operations functions including reporting, resolving price discrepancies and sample budget approvals
- Assist in sales related audits and adjustments of accounts with special programs
- Complete and maintain all vendor paperwork within requested time frames.
- Assist with monthly commission processing
- Analyze sales related data to assist with sales strategy within assigned area
- Book sales team travel requests
About You
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to take initiative
- At least one year sales support related experience helpful
- Knowledge of Odoo helpful but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- International Customer Service experience preferred
