About the opportunity:We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic Senior Director to build and lead our new Change Enablement consulting practice. This role is a unique opportunity to shape how our clients navigate the complexities of enterprise\-wide transformation driven by Generative AI. You will be responsible for building a practice that goes beyond simple adoption, focusing on activating and scaling our Change Management services to foster deep organizational alignment and strategic thinking. You will lead the charge in helping our clients "play bigger," turning esoteric challenges into actionable strategies that drive tangible business outcomes. This role is responsible for all aspects of the practice, including people management, developing a world\-class delivery playbook, and allocating your team to high\-impact projects.
About the Role
- Practice \& Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high\-performing team of Change Management consultants, taking full ownership of people management and professional development.
- Develop and own the practice's delivery playbook, defining the core methodologies and frameworks your team will use to drive high user adoption for clients deploying Generative AI solutions.
- Manage team allocation and project assignments to ensure successful, high\-quality delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Strategic Client Advisory \& Facilitation:
- Design and lead executive\-level change management workshops, guiding clients through their most complex and ambiguous transformation challenges.
- Facilitate strategic sessions that distill esoteric problems into meaningful, actionable activities that align with a clear business outcome.
- Guide clients to "play bigger," using strategic thinking to help them identify the new opportunities and transformative possibilities unlocked by Generative AI.
- Service Development \& Delivery:
- Lead the activation and scaling of the Change Management practice as a premier offering.
- Develop and align the practice's key messages with the new "agentic work" paradigm, framing AI\-driven efficiencies as an opportunity for workforce evolution, not replacement.
- Create and oversee the delivery of targeted training, communication strategies, and strategic advisory services that equip organizations to embrace efficiency gains and upskill their workforce.
Basic Qualifications
- You have 8\-12\+ years of experience in Management Consulting or leading a professional services practice, with a deep focus on organizational change and transformation.
- You are an experienced and passionate people manager with proven success in recruiting, mentoring, and developing high\-performing teams.
- You command a room of executives with ease and have extensive experience running dynamic design\-thinking or strategy workshops, both in\-person and with tools like Miro or Mural.
- You are a natural "bridge," with a proven gift for translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value and strategic imperatives.
- You have a demonstrated ability to influence cross\-functional teams and establish immediate credibility with C\-level executives.
