Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize our sales functions across diverse channels. This role is vital in driving revenue growth, enhancing sales processes, and empowering our sales teams to achieve their full potential. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities
  • Lead the management of outside sales teams, ensuring effective territory coverage and customer engagement
  • Oversee B2B (business\-to\-business) sales initiatives, cultivating new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that support sales growth and brand awareness
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and optimize pipeline management
  • Drive technical and solution\-based sales efforts by supporting the sales team with product expertise and negotiation strategies
  • Manage account relationships through proactive account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Facilitate business development activities to identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team in negotiation, customer service, and technical sales techniques
  • Lead cross\-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall sales performance

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, management, and B2B sales environments with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high\-performing teams
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies related to sales growth and customer acquisition
  • Familiarity with technology sales processes, including technical product demonstrations and solution selling
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for analysis, reporting, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with a customer\-centric approach to account management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision\-making
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Experience in business development initiatives that expand market reach and revenue opportunities
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles to foster long\-term client relationships
