Position Summary
The Vice President of Business Operations leads the implementation, delivery, and ongoing operational performance of the company’s AI‑powered software solutions for Financial Institutions. This role oversees Project Managers, and Support teams to ensure successful deployment of agentic AI banking products.
The VP builds scalable processes, drives operational excellence, and ensures a secure, compliant, and exceptional customer experience across a multi‑tenant financial services environment.
Essential Duties \& Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead and develop the Operations organization, including Implementation, Client Onboarding, Support, and Monitoring teams.
- Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer outcomes.
- Establish KPIs, SLAs, and operational dashboards to track performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure operational readiness for new product releases and AI‑driven enhancements.
- Maintain complete, current, and properly stored project and operational documentation.
- Minimize operational and project‑level risk through proactive planning and issue management.
Client Implementation \& Delivery
- Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of all software products, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Manage day‑to‑day client interaction throughout the implementation lifecycle, including configuration, deployment, and customer experience oversight.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to services, implementation, and customer experience.
- Create and execute project work plans, revising as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Track interdepartmental deliverables to ensure successful onboarding in a multi‑tenant financial services environment.
- Coordinate communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Identify scope changes, delays, or risks and escalate appropriately to maintain project timelines.
- Review customer inputs and internal deliverables before they are presented to clients.
- Apply and enforce the company’s implementation methodology, project standards, and quality controls.
- Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction and project continuity.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Sales throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
AI Product Operations
- Partner with Product and Engineering to operationalize new agentic AI features, including training data workflows, monitoring frameworks, and performance tuning.
- Ensure AI‑driven systems (chatbots, auto attendants, voice banking) meet uptime, accuracy, and compliance expectations.
- Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement for production systems.
- Support scalable processes for AI model updates, versioning, and quality assurance.
Strategic Planning \& Execution
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth, scalability, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to automate internal workflows and reduce operational friction.
- Build capacity planning models to support rapid client onboarding and product expansion.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to company‑wide strategy and long‑term planning.
Pay: $125,000\.00 \- $150,000\.00 per year
