About This Role

Job Summary

Treasury Product Enablement is responsible for translating Encore Bank’s products into market\-ready solutions that drive banker adoption, client engagement, core deposit growth, and fee income. This role combines product commercialization, go\-to\-market execution, distribution strategy, pricing, and sales enablement into a unified function. Working closely with Product Operations/Development, Treasury Sales, Marketing, and frontline leaders, the role ensures that every product is positioned to win in the marketplace and supported with the right tools, training, and campaigns to accelerate growth.

Primary Responsibilities

The duties listed below are some of the duties that may be assigned and may not include all responsibilities that the person in this role may be asked to perform. Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

Commercialization \& Go\-To\-Market Strategy

  • Own the end\-to\-end commercialization and go\-to\-market strategy for Treasury and Liquidity products, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization (positioning, value proposition, pricing, and launch readiness).
  • Translate Encore’s relationship\-banking model into scalable Treasury product distribution across relationship managers, Treasury Sales, and digital channels.

Distribution \& Sales Enablement

  • Drive Treasury attach rates, penetration, and consistency of adoption across existing client portfolios and markets.
  • Build and maintain banker enablement tools and training (playbooks, sales decks, one\-pagers, objection handling, competitive battlecards; launch calls, webinars, and in\-person sessions).
  • Partner with Market Presidents and RMs to tailor Treasury solutions and pitches by client segment and industry vertical (e.g., C\&I, CRE, title \& escrow, property management).

Pricing \& Revenue Optimization

  • Own Treasury pricing strategy and guardrails, with ongoing adjustments based on competitive dynamics, adoption data, and profitability goals.
  • Support deal\-level pricing and structure in partnership with Sales, Credit, Risk, and Compliance.

Adoption \& Growth Campaigns

  • Design and execute targeted adoption and growth campaigns, including cross\-sell and expansion plays by segment, region, and client profile.
  • Partner with Marketing on client\-facing campaigns, events, and thought leadership to support Treasury growth.

Client Experience \& Operational Excellence

  • Own the end\-to\-end Treasury client experience, simplifying how products are sold and implemented through stronger onboarding workflows, documentation, and handoffs across Sales, Operations, and Technology.
  • Develop deep expertise in Encore’s commercial online banking platform and integrated Treasury ecosystem, including API\-enabled capabilities.

Performance Tracking \& Market Insights

  • Establish, track, and share dashboards on key commercialization and performance metrics (attach rates, activation, utilization, fee income growth, and client retention), recommending course corrections as needed.
  • Serve as the voice of the market for Encore, delivering insights on competitive Treasury offerings, client needs, and regulatory considerations to inform product and distribution decisions.

Cross\-Functional Collaboration \& Governance

  • Ensure all GTM activities are operationally feasible and compliant by partnering with Product Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
  • Participate in Product Council and related forums to align commercialization priorities with the strategic roadmap.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 3\+ years of experience in Treasury Product Management, Treasury Sales, Product Commercialization, or Commercial Banking.
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management solutions, including payments, receivables, information reporting, liquidity, and digital/API\-enabled channels.
  • Demonstrated success driving product adoption, revenue growth, and sales enablement in a relationship\-based banking environment.
  • Ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex Treasury concepts for clients and frontline teams.
  • Data\-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide pricing, adoption, and growth strategies.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15–20%.

Computer and Office Equipment Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
