Sales Operations Specialist

About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Sales Operations Specialistto join our local team in NC. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales organization, ensuring that our processes are streamlined, data\-driven, and perfectly aligned with our business goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Run and format sales reports

· Create “Comp Shopping” reports

· Reply to online consumer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

· Manage online product page content, include monitoring customer reviews, managing the online review program,

· Support sale teams, include buying/shipping/dropping off samples, coordinating with oversea team, creating sales reports, preparing presentations, going to stores to conduct market research reports, etc.

· Prepare PO documents and work with warehouse team to process PO

· Be willing to learn products and enjoy hands\-on projects

· Local travel required (e.g. visiting local retail stores or client’s office). Minimal out\-of\-state and international travel.

· Stock shelves, pack orders, and other duties as required which may involve lifting up to 25lbs.

· Require minimal evening hours to work with overseas team

· Require proficient Microsoft Office skills

· Proficient in using AI tools for drafting marketing content and summarizing meeting notes. Experienced in leveraging Microsoft Copilot to analyze data sets and create reports.

· Experiences in home Improvement retailers is preferred

· Other duties assigned by manager

The candidate must be professional and polished, with excellent communication skills. Must be detail\-oriented and highly organized. THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN MOORESVILLE, NC AND IS IN\-OFFICE 5 DAYS PER WEEK. Bilingual is preferred but not a must.
