Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator who thrives on execution, organization and collaboration. In this hands\-on, detail\-driven role, you will support our sales team and broader organization by managing day\-to\-day operations, maintaining critical systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You will work directly with Eos sales representatives, client opportunity leads, and partner teams, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate workflows across client management, CRM oversight, and cross‑departmental operations. A key component of this role is managing software renewal cycles and license compliance across Eos Group’s proprietary products and partner products, ensuring continuity of service for our clients.
This is an execution\-focused position; this role does not include direct people management. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, enjoys solving operational challenges, and consistently delivers results while maintaining the high\-quality standards that define our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management \& Operations (35%)
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation for client accounts
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify client needs and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain client account records and documentation
- Track and manage software renewal timelines across Eos products and partner products, ensuring no lapses in client coverage
- Monitor license status, verify active subscriptions and maintenance agreements, and coordinate renewal communications with clients
- Process client orders and coordinate fulfillment
CRM \& Sales Operations Support (35%)
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness (ClaritySoft platform)
- Support quote\-to\-cash processes including proposal preparation, delivery and contract documentation
- Ensure client\-facing documentation meets quality standards
- Assist with business development administration and opportunity tracking
Cross Departmental Coordination \& Admin (30%)
- Serve as liaison between Administration, IT, Accounting, Operations, and other departments
- Coordinate special projects and company\-wide initiatives
- Manage administrative workflows and implement process improvements
- Maintain SharePoint/document management systems and organizational tools
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks that support organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in operations coordination, procurement, or business administration
- Understanding of software licensing and delivery models including SaaS, perpetual licenses, subscription\-based services, and maintenance/support agreements
- Experience with CRM systems/tools
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data\-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Detail\-oriented with commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong internal relationships

Location Details
- 100% Remote; May include travel for all\-hands meetings
- Mountain Time (MT) zone preferred; Monday – Friday
Pay: $50,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per year
