Reports to: Social Commerce Director Full-Time, On-site | Vineyard, UT

Summary:

We are seeking an organized and analytical TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and performance of our TikTok Shop. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:* Manage TikTok Shop product listings, pricing, SKUs, product variations, and catalog accuracy

• Coordinate products for TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events
• Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and manage FBT inventory and replenishment
• Monitor shop health, performance, and compliance while troubleshooting platform and operational issues

Qualifications:* 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or a related role

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, including listings, campaigns, fulfillment, inventory, and shop health
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working with e-commerce data
