Fast Response Heating \& Cooling is actively expanding through infrastructure investment, training, acquisitions, and multi\-market growth. Our headquarters and training campus in Hilliard, Ohio features more than 40,000 square feet of office, training, laboratory, and event space designed to develop the next generation of HVAC professionals.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Sales \& Revenue Operations will work directly with ownership to improve sales performance, increase revenue, develop personnel, implement accountability systems, and build scalable processes that support long\-term growth.
This role is ideal for someone who wants a seat at the table and enjoys building systems, coaching people, and creating measurable results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and improve current sales processes
- Build and implement KPI scoreboards and accountability systems
- Improve close rates, average ticket values, and overall sales performance
- Develop training programs and coaching systems
- Lead sales meetings and performance reviews
- Work directly with ownership on growth initiatives and acquisitions
- Recruit, mentor, and develop sales talent
- Improve communication between sales, operations, install, and service departments
- Build scalable systems capable of supporting multiple markets
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven sales leadership experience
- HVAC industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience building teams and accountability systems
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth
- Comfortable making decisions and driving change
COMPENSATION \& BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000
