SEO Specialist \& Marketing Operations Coordinator (SEO \& Patient Acquisition)

Overview:Friedman Dental Group is seeking a results\-driven SEO Specialist who can also operate on the marketing and patient conversion side. This role is ideal for someone who not only drives traffic but knows how to turn leads into booked appointments.

You’ll play a key role in growing our online presence while actively managing and converting inbound patient inquiries. If you understand that traffic without conversions is wasted opportunity, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

SEO \& Growth

  • Execute on\-page, off\-page, and technical SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for high\-intent searches (especially dental services)
  • Manage and optimize local SEO (Google Business Profile, maps rankings, citations)
  • Monitor rankings, website performance, and SEO KPIs

Lead Management \& Appointment Setting

  • Respond to inbound leads (calls, web forms, SMS, chat) quickly and professionally
  • Follow up consistently with prospective patients to nurture and convert
  • Book qualified consultations and maximize appointment show rates
  • Track and manage all leads within CRM systems
  • Ensure a high level of patient experience from first contact

Performance \& Optimization

  • Track conversions across campaigns (calls, forms, bookings)
  • Analyze performance data and optimize funnels
  • Improve landing pages, messaging, and follow\-up systems
  • Identify gaps in the patient journey and implement solutions

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SEO (technical, on\-page, and local SEO)
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable speaking with leads and patients
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing pipelines
  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail\-oriented
  • Conversion\-focused mindset with strong follow\-up discipline

Preferred (Strong Plus)

  • Experience in dental, medical, or healthcare marketing
  • Familiarity with high\-ticket cases (e.g., dental implants, full mouth restorations)
  • Understanding of patient psychology and healthcare lead conversion

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Google Ads or paid media
  • Familiarity with automation tools (GoHighLevel, Zapier, etc.)
