Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to

support our sales team and help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have

experience working with HubSpot CRM, strong communication skills, and the ability to

manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. This role is critical to

maintaining sales operations, supporting customer relationships, and ensuring accurate

sales data management.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain customer records, opportunities, and activities within

HubSpot CRM.

● Support the sales team with lead management, pipeline tracking, and follow\-up

communications.

● Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, contracts and reports.

● Coordinate meetings, appointments, and customer communications.

● Monitor inbound leads and ensure timely assignment and follow\-up.

● Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

● Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.

● Assist with customer onboarding and account management activities.

● Perform general administrative duties to support the sales department.

Qualifications Required

● Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or

administrative sales role.

● Hands\-on experience using HubSpot CRM is required.

● Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets,

Google Slides, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Calendar)

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.

● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

● Experience supporting B2B sales teams.

● Familiarity with sales reporting and pipeline management.

● Experience working with CRM data analysis and lead tracking.
