About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Sales Enablement to build and lead a scalable, data\-driven enablement function within a growing investment management organization. This role will focus on driving product fluency, sales effectiveness, and consistent execution across a national distribution team.

You will design and implement structured onboarding and ongoing development programs that equip sales professionals with the tools, knowledge, and behaviors needed to succeed in the U.S. intermediary market.

This is a highly cross\-functional role, partnering with sales leadership, investment teams, product, and marketing to create a unified and measurable enablement ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Enablement Strategy \& Execution

  • Design and implement a scalable sales training and onboarding framework
  • Build structured curricula covering product knowledge, market insights, and sales execution
  • Establish consistent enablement processes and operating rhythms across teams
  • Develop systems to ensure strong product knowledge across all sales roles

Training \& Development

  • Create onboarding programs with 30\-60\-90 day plans and defined success metrics
  • Build role\-specific development tracks across different sales functions
  • Develop certification programs and ongoing learning initiatives
  • Deliver engaging training through workshops, digital modules, and playbooks

Cross\-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with investment, product, and marketing teams to translate complex strategies into clear sales messaging
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across all training content and communication

Tools, Technology \& Adoption

  • Drive adoption of CRM, sales tools, and workflow best practices
  • Embed tools and processes into training programs to improve execution

Performance \& Analytics

  • Define and track key enablement metrics (productivity, ramp time, tool adoption, effectiveness)
  • Use data to refine training programs and identify performance gaps
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8–12\+ years of experience in:
  • Asset management / financial services distribution
  • Sales enablement, training, or sales leadership
  • Prior experience in investment sales OR training sales professionals in financial services
  • Strong understanding of intermediary channels (RIA, broker\-dealer, institutional, etc.)
  • Proven experience building and scaling sales enablement or training programs
  • Experience driving adoption of sales tools and technology

Skills \& Experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience designing instructor\-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands\-on
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross\-functional collaboration
  • Experience working in fast\-paced, evolving environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, and learning platforms

Pay: $86,065\.87 \- $210,000\.00 per year
