The Sales Enablement Associate plays a critical role in strengthening sales effectiveness, optimizing CRM utilization, and supporting Relationship Managers through data, process enhancements, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role serves as a trusted partner to Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams ensuring that bankers have the tools, insights, and support required to drive client engagement and deepen relationships. The Associate leads strategic initiatives, enhances sales processes, and delivers high‑quality enablement resources that improve productivity across the organization. Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on CRM systems, ensuring accurate data capture, strong adoption, and effective utilization by sales teams.
- Partner with technology teams to refine workflows, automate processes, and improve user experience.
- Translate business needs into CRM enhancements, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage inbound leads and handle client support inquiries with responsiveness and professionalism.
- Maintain and update the team’s Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites.
- Organize and coordinate training sessions for bankers, focusing on best practices and skill development.
- Manage and support cross‑functional initiatives that improve sales effectiveness, client engagement, or operational performance.
- Act as a connector across sales, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of priorities.
- Lead initiatives to improve sales processes, playbooks, and frontline productivity tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure that client‑facing teams have the right content, insights, and positioning to succeed.
- Support onboarding and ongoing development of relationship teams with data‑driven insights and performance feedback loops.
- Manage medium‑ to large‑scale strategic projects that improve sales effectiveness, client engagement, or operational performance.
- Act as a liaison across cross‑functional teams to align priorities, track progress, and ensure successful execution.
- Provide mentorship or informal leadership to analysts and associates on data, reporting, and enablement best practices.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
- Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
- Minimum experience required: 5\+ Years in a business analyst and/or project management or similar role in the financial services industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Education level preferred: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
