About This Role

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist to support and accelerate growth in our organization. This role is ideal for an early\-career professional looking to build a long\-term career in sales and marketing within a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work cross\-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive execution, improve processes, and enable revenue growth. This role provides high visibility, hands\-on experience, and a pathway into broader commercial leadership roles.

Key Job Responsibilities

Support \& Execution

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to track performance, manage forecasts, and support key account initiatives
  • Assist in coordinating pricing, promotions, and program rollouts across retail and distribution channels
  • Support new product development, product launches, and ensure readiness across internal teams and customers
  • Participate in key customer meetings and trade show events as needed
  • Drive improvement of content creation to enhance customer experience
  • Assist with product change management
  • Social media and website management

Analytics \& Reporting

  • Analyze sales data, customer trends, and market performance to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review
  • Provide actionable insights to improve product lines and sales profitability
  • Maintain competitive analysis to support customer initiatives

Cross\-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance
  • Assist in demand planning and inventory alignment with customer needs
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations, analytics, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Additional preferred experience includes

  • Experience using graphic and design software
  • Managing corporate social media accounts
