Junior AI RevOps Consultant

About This Role

We're hiring a Junior AI RevOps Consultant to help build the next generation of revenue operations—one where AI agents, automations, and custom tooling do the heavy lifting. You'll work alongside senior operators to implement CRM systems, wire up integrations, and build AI\-native workflows that replace manual busywork across our clients' go\-to\-market engines. A great fit for the role has experience with CRM automation, LLM utilization, and tools like Claude Code. What You'll Do

• Support client engagements end to end—from discovery and audit through implementation and handoff
• Administer and configure CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce)—pipelines, properties, workflows, and data hygiene
• Build AI agents and automations that handle enrichment, routing, research, data cleanup, and GTM tasks
• Use Claude Code and similar agentic tools to prototype and ship internal tools, scripts, and integrations
• Design and maintain automation workflows across the GTM stack (Zapier, Make, n8n, custom APIs)
• Build LLM\-powered workflows for content, outreach personalization, call prep, and reporting
• Clean, structure, and migrate data between systems
• Build reports and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into pipeline, conversion, and forecast
• Document processes and create clear SOPs and prompt libraries clients can actually use
• Research emerging AI tools and tactics to keep our stack ahead of the curve

What You Bring

• 1–3 years in RevOps, sales/marketing ops, consulting, or a related technical/analytical role (internships and project work count)
• Hands\-on exposure to a CRM—HubSpot or Salesforce strongly preferred
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands\-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, or similar)—side projects count
• Comfort with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and a willingness to go deeper technically
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort working in spreadsheets
• Process\-oriented mindset; you like turning chaos into repeatable systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication—you can explain technical things simply
• A builder's bias toward action; you prototype, test, and iterate rather than overthink

Nice to Have

• Experience building with Claude Code, Cursor, or other agentic coding tools
• Basic scripting or coding (Python, JavaScript) or SQL
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and connecting systems
• Prompt engineering experience or a portfolio of AI\-built projects
• HubSpot or Salesforce certifications (or willingness to earn them quickly)
• Experience in a B2B SaaS, agency, or professional services environment

Pay: $60,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per year
