Frank Darling is an online, female\-founded fine jewelry brand making custom engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry more accessible than ever before. We’ve been featured in Vogue, InStyle, WSJ, Bloomberg, Forbes, Brides, Glossy, and more for our design, sustainability, and modern take on bridal.
We have an immediate, on\-site opening for Sales Support in our Tribeca studio. This role is the operational backbone of the studio—supporting the client experience, managing diamond and inventory logistics, and ensuring each day runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable working behind the scenes in a fast\-paced, high\-touch environment.
Key Duties \& Responsibilities
Customer Facing
- Field walk\-ins if no sales designer is available
- Opening and answering door
- Greeting customers
- Offering beverage and seating customers
- Contacting late\-appointments
- Rescheduling appointments
- Fielding phone calls
Showroom Organization
- Manage showroom music
- Manage the local inbox on Kustomer
- Keep showroom clean and organized
- Wash dishes
- Keep vitrines clean and jewelry samples organized
Operations
- Handle all inbound and outbound diamond shipments
- Manage sample inventory \-\> not reordering
- Printing and bag assembly
- Main liaison for gemology team for shipments
- Pick up and drop off packages from fedex as needed
- Pick up and drop off packages from Production HQ as needed
- Liaison with Client Care regarding last minute pick ups / last minute ships
- Partnering with the manager to handle any extraneous tasks
- Liaison with Director of Launch and Retail Growth regarding space needs and issues
- Managing internal sample transfers between showrooms
- Liaison with Marketing for any in person activations
- Ensure sales team has proper tools at all times
Requirements and Experience
- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work proactively and think creatively to solve problems as they arise
- Solid organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle many client requests at once
- 1 or more years of jewelry experience preferred
- Extremely detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Technologically adept
Requirements \& Experience
- Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends
- Comfort working with high\-value inventory in a detail\-driven environment
- Technologically adept with the ability to learn and manage multiple internal systems
- Keen eye for detail paired with empathy, professionalism, and good judgment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Proactive, creative problem\-solver who thrives in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read diamond laser inscriptions using a jeweler’s loupe
- 1\+ years of jewelry experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds when required
Job Details
- Full\-time, on\-site role located in {Studio Location}
- Studio hours are 10AM–6PM
- Available schedule: Thursday–Monday
- Salary: 50\-60K
