How you'll contribute to our mission

Frontline Education is seeking a thoughtful and forward\-looking Revenue

Operations Manager to help shape how our revenue teams operate, grow, and

succeed. This role brings together strategy, systems, and insight to create a more

connected and effective revenue engine.

You will partner across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Client Services to

improve how we plan, measure, and reward performance. By bringing clarity to

data, strengthening processes, and thoughtfully applying emerging technology,

you will help teams spend less time navigating complexity and more time

supporting the educators and communities we serve.

How you'll drive success

  • Partner with leadership to improve forecasting accuracy and revenue visibility

through smarter data models and connected systems

  • Use AI\-enabled tools to streamline reporting, automate workflows, and uncover

insights that inform better decision\-making

  • Lead ongoing improvements to CRM and revenue systems to reduce friction and

increase team productivity

  • Analyze sales performance trends and translate findings into clear, actionable

recommendations

  • Design and evolve commission plans and incentive structures that align

performance with company goals while remaining fair, transparent, and

motivating

  • Collaborate cross\-functionally to simplify processes and ensure alignment

across the full revenue lifecycle

  • Continuously explore new approaches and technologies that improve how work

gets done and how success is measured

GTM Alignment \& Forecasting

  • Design and run the GTM rhythm — pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and

funnel reporting — that keeps Sales, Marketing, and CX aligned to the same

revenue story

  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy

and revenue visibility through smarter data models and tighter operational

cadence

  • Translate sales performance trends and funnel data into clear, actionable

recommendations that drive decisions at the leadership level

Compensation Plan Administration

  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership on the modeling, design, and

administration of commission plans and incentive structures that align

field behavior with company revenue goals

  • Ensure commission plans are transparent, fair, and operationally sound —

with accurate, timely payment processes that build trust with the Sales

team Cross\-Functional Revenue Leadership

  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CX, Finance, and Product to eliminate

friction at handoff points across the full revenue lifecycle — from lead to

close to renewal

  • Build and own the feedback loop between deal desk, Sales enablement, and

product that converts field intelligence into systematic process

improvement

  • Champion AI\-first approaches to reporting, workflow automation, and

operational insight — continuously identifying where technology can

replace manual work and surface better decisions faster

What you bring to help us grow

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a

SaaS or technology\-driven environment

  • Proven ability to design or manage commission plans, incentives, or

compensation structures that drive results

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful

insights

  • Comfort working with CRM platforms and reporting tools to manage and

improve revenue processes

  • Experience exploring or applying AI\-driven tools to improve workflows,

reporting, or forecasting

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and implement thoughtful

solutions

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across

Compensation \& Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $140,000\-$165,000 with a 12% bonus based on company performace.
