You'll be the organized, dependable hub that connects our field agents, internal departments, and the credit union partners we serve.

A day in this role might include

• Building and sharing schedules so field agents are at the right place at the right time
• Keeping credit union contacts informed about attendance, schedule changes, and time off
• Connecting teams across Compliance, Quality Assurance, Business Development, IT, Marketing, and more
• Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
• Managing inventory and promotional items for credit union branches
• Helping plan Member Appreciation events and joining branch huddles
• Leading special projects and finding smarter ways to work

You'll thrive here if you

• Have 5\+ years in sales operations, customer service, or administrative support
• Are comfortable with CRM systems and confident in Excel
• Communicate clearly and professionally, and enjoy building relationships
• Stay calm and organized when priorities shift
• Can be trusted with confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in financial services or supporting a sales team
