About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to keep our client work organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently. This is not an entry\-level marketing position. The ideal candidate has experience in marketing, project coordination, client services, or a similar role and enjoys balancing multiple priorities while keeping clients and teammates informed.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary coordinator between clients and our internal team
• Manage projects, deadlines, and client requests
• Participate in client meetings and document next steps
• Prepare and review client reports
• Review creative work for accuracy before delivery
• Coordinate client feedback and approvals
• Assist with website updates, content publishing, and CRM support
• Prepare proposals and estimates using company templates
• Maintain organized project documentation
• Help improve internal processes as the company grows

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in marketing, project coordination, client services, or a similar role
• Strong organizational, communication, and time\-management skills
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and follow\-through
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Professional, dependable, and proactive
• Able to work full\-time on\-site in Harrisonburg

Experience with marketing agencies, CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WordPress, Webflow, or project management software is helpful, but not required.
