● Drive adoption of AI\-enabled processes through training, enablement, and change management

● Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful deployment of intelligent solutions

Performance, Insights \& Continuous Learning

● Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of AI and automation initiatives (e.g., efficiency gains, cycle time reduction, accuracy improvements)

● Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine models, workflows, and systems

● Build dashboards and reporting to provide real\-time visibility into operational performance and AI\-driven outcomes

● Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively identify new opportunities to drive business impact

Experience \& Capabilities
