Duties
- Lead the development and execution of multichannel marketing strategies, including email marketing, digital campaigns, and product market segmentation to reach diverse audiences effectively.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline campaign workflows and improve email automation processes.
- Oversee the setup, testing, and deployment of digital marketing campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to monitor performance metrics.
- Implement advanced lead segmentation techniques and attribution modeling to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives through cross\-functional collaboration.
- Utilize data analytics tools and SQL queries for comprehensive data analysis, reporting on web analytics reporting, digital marketing performance monitoring, and overall marketing analytics insights.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in email campaign management, including email list management, email campaign setup, and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing campaign results, refining processes, and adopting new marketing automation tools to enhance demand generation marketing efforts.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior marketing operations roles with a focus on B2B marketing environments.
- Extensive hands\-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
- Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for web\-based campaign setup and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage CRM systems like Salesforce or similar platforms effectively for lead management and segmentation.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL\-based data analysis skills, and web analytics reporting techniques.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing software integration and multichannel campaign setup.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and translating technical insights into strategic recommendations.
