Schedule: Monday–Friday \| 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $42,000

Your mission is simple
Help our sales team spend more time selling.
Sometimes that means creating a proposal that helps a customer confidently say "yes."

What You'll Do
You'll work alongside Sales Leadership and our Marketing team to transform ideas into polished customer\-facing materials while constantly looking for better ways to support our sales organization.
Over time, you'll become much more than the person who creates proposals.
You'll become someone who helps improve how we sell.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create compelling customer proposals, presentations, and other sales enablement materials.
- Partner directly with our sales team to help move opportunities from conversation to closed business.
- Use AI tools to create visual concepts, improve productivity, and streamline workflows.
- Research and implement new technologies that improve sales effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Own special projects that improve execution across the sales organization.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing on customer\-facing initiatives.
- Continuously look for better ways to improve the customer experience and help our sales team succeed.

Preferred Skills
- Canva and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
- Basic understanding of graphic design and visual communication
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of golf or the golf industry is a plus

Reporting Structure
Reports to Sales Leadership while working closely with the Marketing team. This structure keeps the role focused on driving sales results while benefiting from the creative collaboration and resources of Marketing.
Work Location \& Schedule
- Full\-time, in\-office position
- Based at Golfballs.com headquarters in Lafayette, Louisiana
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
