Responsibilities

- Oversee sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding customer base.
- Manage profit \& loss responsibilities by controlling budgets, analyzing financial reports, and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Lead process improvement projects to streamline workflows, enhance customer experience, and increase overall productivity within the sales function.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align strategies and support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Proven management experience leading large sales teams or departments in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong strategic planning skills with a track record of developing successful sales initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience managing profit \& loss statements, budgets, and financial planning processes.
- Supervising experience in overseeing complex projects or multiple teams simultaneously.
- Business development expertise with a focus on expanding market reach and building strategic relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools and process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
