Grand Traverse Radiologists is seeking a dependable, detail\-oriented professional to join our team as a Revenue Operations \& Reporting Specialist.

This position offers the opportunity to build experience across revenue cycle support, operational reporting, business office coordination, and healthcare data tracking within a collaborative and growing practice environment.

We are open to candidates with transferable administrative, healthcare, reporting, or business office experience who are motivated to expand their skills and grow within the role.

About the Role

The Revenue Operations \& Reporting Specialist primarily supports revenue cycle management, including reporting, auditing, process improvement, workflow coordination, and reporting\-related business office functions. This role works closely with leadership, billing vendors, hospital systems, and external partners to help maintain accurate reporting, organized workflows, and dependable operational support tied to revenue cycle activities.

This is not a patient\-facing clinical position.

The ideal candidate is dependable, analytical, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast\-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools used to monitor operational performance and key performance indicators.
  • Support reporting accuracy and data integrity across multiple systems and workflows.
  • Assist leadership with operational reporting, productivity metrics, and data\-driven decision support.
  • Coordinate reporting\-related communication with internal teams, vendors, hospital systems, and external partners
  • Assist with auditing activities, data validation, and reporting accuracy initiatives.
  • Support month\-end reporting preparation and documentation processes
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical records with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational reporting needs as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and solve problems
  • Experience organizing, formatting, and validating data from multiple sources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Experience working in an administrative, operations, finance, reporting, customer service, or business support role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, insurance, revenue cycle operations, or business office functions
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or operational tracking
  • Basic understanding of medical billing or health insurance
  • Familiarity with operational reporting, healthcare workflows, or revenue cycle management
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or process improvement initiatives
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements

Equivalent experience, transferable skills, and strong professional character will all be considered.
