About This Role

At Graza, we believe that every kitchen deserves delicious, fresh olive oil to use every day, in every way. Our squeezable olive oils, Sizzle and Drizzle, are sold in over 20,000 retail doors nationwide, including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, Target, Walmart, Kroger, HEB, Publix, and more.

Graza is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales team, on a mission to continue bringing delicious Olive Oil (and more!) to grocery shelves across the country. This role is a hybrid position based in Austin, TX. The Sales Specialist position reports to the VP of Sales.

What you will do

  • Assist in daily Sales team operations, supporting new and existing customer success, and acting as a hub for shared team information
  • Fulfill sample orders, asset requests, and set\-up form requests from retail customers and broker partners
  • Manage external data pools such as IX\-One, Syndigo, and retailer specific portals
  • Pull and analyze data reporting for distributors and retailers on a regular cadence
  • Hold ownership over internal systems for tracking promotions, pricing, and retailer launch timings, with inputs from Sales team
  • Plan and execute all trade show logistics including timelines, applications, shipments and travel coordination
  • Compile trade show recaps in order to gather learnings and determine event success
  • Respond to ad\-hoc requests for sales and brand information from internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • 1\-3 years CPG sales\-related experience required
  • Experience corresponding professionally with customers via email and phone
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences, meetings, or other industry events

Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $53,000\-$70,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job\-related skills and experience. Bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package.
