Marketing Operations Specialist

About This Role

The Opportunity

HealthEZ is currently seeking a Marketing Operations and Communications Specialist. This role supports marketing operations by coordinating communications, assisting with campaign execution, and ensuring consistency and quality across marketing materials.

What you’ll do

• Assist with executing marketing campaigns across email and digital channels.
• Help track campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support organization and maintenance of marketing assets and materials.
• Create and manage external communication materials including:
• Proofreading materials created by others
• Coordinating with SMEs
• Managing approval and distribution processes
• Providing internal stakeholder updates as needed
• Help manage and prioritize incoming requests and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update marketing materials as needed.
• Coordinate competitive market research to assist in supporting marketing strategy.
• Provide quality control for broker, client, and member communications (including campaigns) to align with branding, content, and formatting.
• Assist in writing and deploying social media content.

We are looking for an individual who has strong communication skills and thinks proactively versus reactively. This is a position for a person that is high\-energy, detail\-oriented, and creative with a passion for marketing our organization and the services we provide.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field of study with 2\+ years of experience in the marketing industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proven ability to work and build effective relationships with other team members across the organization.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (including email platforms, Salesforce, or similar systems)
• Expert level in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Healthcare benefits experience is preferred.

Additional Opportunity Details

Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $85,000\-$105,000\*
