About This Role

Position Overview

The Sales Operations Intern will support HealthStream’s Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and OB \+ ED Sales teams by contributing to administrative and strategic initiatives that improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall sales effectiveness. This role will involve maintaining and enhancing Salesforce CRM data, including updating contacts, validating account details such as FTE counts, and conducting research to support account strategy, market insights, and competitive intelligence. The intern will also assist with reporting, documentation, and other projects that help sales teams operate more effectively. This position provides valuable exposure to healthcare technology sales operations and is ideal for a detail\-oriented, proactive individual interested in developing skills in data analysis, business operations, and cross\-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM/SalesForce data clean\-up:
  • Updating outdated contacts as inactive
  • Creating new/clean contacts (including strategic contacts found via LinkedIn, Zoom, etc)
  • Correcting inaccurate FTE counts on account pages in the CRM
  • Updating/adding missing FTE counts on non\-acute accounts.
  • Strategic projects such as gathering data and insights on accounts, competitive intelligence, and market research.
  • Other administrative duties as time allows (creating documents, pulling reports, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program

Requirements

  • Microsoft office suite including excel, word, PPT

More Details

  • This role will be paid at 18 an Hr.
  • Full time 35\-40 hours
  • The program will run for 10\-12 weeks depending on availability
