About This Role

Description

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant to support the execution of marketing across all locations.

This role is responsible for making sure our marketing actually happens—consistently, accurately, and on time. You will work closely with our Marketing Coordinator, who develops content and campaigns, while you focus on deploying, organizing, and maintaining marketing efforts at scale.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work and takes pride in getting the details right every time.

Location: Fishkill, NY \| Job Type: Part\-Time, Non\-Exempt \| Pay: $20\.00–$21\.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15–20 hours/week with flexible hours; schedule coordinated with supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to manage multiple small tasks at once

What You’ll Do

Weekly Marketing Execution

  • Upload and distribute weekly newsletters across 150\+ locations in our Family Software
  • Ensure correct links, formatting, and location details
  • Perform quality checks before publishing

Marketing Requests (Template\-Based)

  • Customize flyers and materials using Canva templates
  • Update location\-specific details (hours, pricing, contact info)
  • Fulfill simple marketing requests from regional teams

Print \& Distribution

  • Order flyers and materials through Staples and Vistaprint
  • Track orders and confirm delivery to locations

Social Media Posting

  • Post content based on a pre\-built calendar
  • Upload photos, apply captions, and tag locations

Photo Organization

  • Collect and organize photos from programs
  • Maintain a clean, searchable photo library for marketing use

Light Website Updates (as needed)

  • Swap images, update flyers, and make basic edits

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for families, schools, and internal audiences
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Experience managing brand social media accounts
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple campaigns across different states and program types
  • A collaborative mindset and proactive work style

Bonus if you have

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or similar tools
  • Experience working with templates or high\-volume tasks
