Description:

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the execution and day-to-day operation of HBS Sales Enablement programs that help sellers ramp faster, build skills and consistently use the processes, content and technology required to succeed. Working closely with the Director of Sales Enablement and partners across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Services and Human Resources, this role coordinates onboarding and training, administers learning and enablement platforms, manages program logistics and communications, maintains field-ready content, and tracks program participation and effectiveness. Success looks like well-run enablement programs, an organized and relevant seller experience, strong adoption of tools and learning, and reliable data that helps HBS continuously improve seller productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate new-hire sales onboarding from pre-start planning through completion, including schedules, communications, learning assignments, facilitator coordination, certifications and progress tracking.
  • Support the development and delivery of virtual and instructor-led sales training, workshops, certifications and ongoing learning programs.
  • Manage logistics for enablement events and sessions, including calendars, presenters, materials, technology, attendance and follow-up actions.
  • Administer the Learning Management System and other enablement platforms, including enrollments, course assignments, content updates, user access and reporting.
  • Maintain sales playbooks, training materials, job aids, templates and other field-facing content so sellers can easily find current and approved resources.
  • Coordinate the Sales Enablement communications cadence and curate relevant, actionable content from Sales, Marketing, Services, Revenue Operations and other stakeholders.
  • Support sales technology administration and adoption, including user access, license management, basic troubleshooting, training and usage reporting.
  • Provide basic Salesforce and sales-tool training, including how to complete common workflows, access information and use reports effectively.
  • Track participation, completion, certification, feedback and adoption metrics; prepare recurring reporting that highlights program performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support competency assessments, skills-development programs and reinforcement activities established by Sales Enablement leadership.
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines and task tracking for enablement initiatives, identifying dependencies and risks early.
  • Collect seller and manager feedback and recommend improvements to onboarding, training, content, communications and technology experiences.
  • Partner with internal subject-matter experts and external vendors to ensure enablement deliverables are accurate, timely and aligned to HBS priorities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of company objectives.

Requirements: How to qualify:

  • 2 years of professional experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning and development, project coordination or a related function, preferably supporting a B2B sales organization.
  • Experience coordinating training, onboarding, workshops or multi-stakeholder programs.
